Maurice Ward Greece is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join its dynamic team. This role focuses on providing top-notch customer service and supporting commercial activities, ensuring smooth coordination and successful shipment management.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Management & Pricing: Prepare and manage cost structures, build competitive pricelists, and submit accurate quotations.
- Shipment Monitoring: Oversee and monitor the entire shipment process, ensuring that all shipments are processed and tracked effectively.
- Coordination & Communication: Serve as the key point of contact, coordinating all parties involved in the shipment (customers, partners, agents) to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
- Customer Service Improvement: Proactively take actions to enhance the customer service experience.
- Sales Support: Provide pre-sales, on-sales, and after-sales support, ensuring all customer inquiries and needs are handled efficiently.
- Commercial Activities Support: Assist in sales calls and support commercial activities to help grow the business.
- Vendor Invoice Management: Enter and monitor vendors’ invoices to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Revenue Invoice Issuance: Prepare and issue revenue invoices to maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in customer service, freight forwarding, or logistics is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in data entry and invoice management systems.
