Air Export Forwarder
Maurice Ward Group is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join its air freight operations team in Frankfurt, Germany.
Job responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the day to day operational tasks
- You will ensure that all customers‘ freight arrives on time
- Liaising with overseas offices
- Handling bookings
- Monitoring shipments and keeping clients updated on progress/any delays
- Handling export documentation
- Liaising with Airlines
- Liaising with clients/carriers on arranging collections
- Raising invoices to clients accurately and in a timely fashion
Required qualifications
- Language skills: excellent knowledge of German and English in writing is a must
- Other languages a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experienced of 5 years in Air Exports essential
- Familiar with customs & export procedures
- Prepared to complete the entire job, from file creation to invoicing

Salary
